About the event
Join us for a guided meditation experience by the river. Sufia will offer a process to center and gently connect with the body and with the earth. Each month, we'll explore connection with a new plant relative. For April's full moon, we'll be connecting with Rose.
Bring a blanket or mat and relax under the full moon while listening to the river. We'll gather around sunset/moonrise so the time will likely change each month. Feel free to arrive early as we'll be getting started right on time. As folks are settling in, Sufia will offer each person either a bit of rose infusion or a rose hydrating mist (your choice) to open your connection with this plant kin.
